I am Sean Molloy and I set up Millstreet Coaching and Consulting in 2023 with the purpose of working with people and organizations to explore ways that will enable them to become more effective.

Having worked the past 30+ years spanning many roles including Business Development and the Environmental sector, it was time combine this experience with my coaching skills learned through the Irish management institute.

We work with professionals across many sectors to implement lasting, sustainable change where required in their personal and professional lives.
