Manshi helps technical service providers transition into successful sales organizations. As a Change Management Lead, she focuses on how strategy and effective teams take shape in uncertain times.
She brings 15+ years experience in business development and engineering. From building sales pipelines to closing mergers and acquisitions deals in the infrastructure space.
As a change management practitioner, she has turned around near-bankrupt public sector organizations of 450+ employees.
Manshi is an MIT engineer and holds an MBA from NYU Stern. A two-time immigrant speaking 4 languages, she has worked in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Sean Molloy

I am Sean Molloy. I set up Millstreet Coaching and Consulting in 2023 with the purpose of working with people and organizations to explore ways that will enable them to become more effective. Having worked for the past 30+ years spanning many roles, including business development and the environmental sector, it was time to combine this experience with my coaching skills learned through the Irish management institute. We work with professionals across many sectors to implement lasting, sustainable change where required in their personal and professional lives.
